We love this! We have it often and I double the batch so we can eat leftover meatloaf sandwiches for a few days. Very delicious!!!

Easy, tasty, freezes great, we love this recipe and have them every week. A great way to adjust dinner to the points I have available for the day.

This recipe is delicious! The individual muffins are extremely helpful in portion control. About half way through cooking, I topped each with the sauce from "Cola" Chicken. The link is below.

Tasty, but the nutritional info is off. With a 95% lean ground beef, each serving = 159 calories, 1G fat, 1G fiber which = 3 WW Points (that's for one meatloaf muffin). Took the nutritional info right of the Stove Top box and USDA nutritional database for the beef.

Love this recipe! I omit the water and add 1 can of diced, stewed tomatoes for extra flavor. It is a household staple.
