Serves - 4 (2 pancakes each) 2 large eggs, lightly beaten Methods/stepsCombine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let batter sit for 10 minutes so that the flour becomes fully moistened. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour or spoon about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Let cook about 2 minutes, until large holes appear in the pancake surface and the edges look dry.
