Serves - 6 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained Methods/stepsIn a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, and coconut. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla extract, coconut extract and Splenda. Stir well to mix thoroughly. Pour over fruit mixture and toss to combine well. This recipe is not only easy to make, but "DELISH!" It tastes like its FULL FAT and SUGAR COUSIN!!!!
