1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup organic skim milk
2 Tablespoons honey
1/4 cup ice

Methods/steps

Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth. Divide equally between two glasses and serve.
