Two Bean Chili

Serves - 16 (1 cup each)

1 1/4 lbs extra lean ground turkey
1 can black beans (no salt, organic)
1 can white kidney beans (no salt, organic)
2 cups chicken broth (low sodium, organic)
2 cups chopped red onions
2 cans organic, no salt added tomato soup
3 cups chopped bell pepper
2 cups chopped celery
1 small can chipotle peppers
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp fajita seasoning

Methods/steps

Sautée the turkey in a non-stick pan until brown. Drain and rinse black beans and white kidney beans. Drain chipotle peppers. Add all ingredients and let simmer for a few minutes. Serve with a green salad.
